COVID-19 Delivery Updates

For All Local Orders: As of 7 Apr to 1 Jun 2020
Mail delivery will proceed normally across Singapore. However, as previously announced, there may be a delay due to a shortage of manpower. 
We will continue to mail out your orders to your letterbox for residential addresses only. We are have always use Smartpac envelopes by SingPost for all our parcels, however due to high demand, you might received them as Tracked Packages in your letterbox. 
 
For All International Orders: As of 13 May 2020 till Further Notice

Delays in international shipments to and from Singapore.
COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations.

Please note that shipments to and from overseas will result in substantial delay.

All international Speedpost Priority and Speedpost Standard services are suspended until further notice.

International mail services (including ordinary mail, Registered Services & Speedpost Economy) to the following countries are unavailable until further notice:
